We attend the Vietnamese Embassy on your behalf, obtain your visa for you, and return it to you expdeitiously.

We at Chinese Visa Direct believe that the speed and safety of our service is of paramount importance. We therefore use ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY and PO Box services to guarantee speed and safety. We recommend that you also use Special Delivery to send us your passport and documents.

By using a PO Box address to receive mail, we can collect all mail at 8am every morning. We do not have to wait for the postman to call. This means that in the ordinary course of business, we will receive your passport (if sent by Special Delivery) the morning after you send it.

IF YOU ARE DELIVERING YOUR DOCUMENTS IN PERSON OR USING A COURIER, please deliver them to our office at 25 MARGARET STREET, LONDON W1W8RX. Click here for a map.

1. your passport (must be valid for morethan 1 month after expiry of the visa);

2. a completed application form (click here to download the form) ;

3. one passport photo;

4. invitation letter

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY BUSINESS VISA?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY TOURIST VISA?

We have two services for business visas:

BUSINESS EXPRESS SERVICE - this is the same as the tourist express service, explained on the right hand side. Click here to see our prices.

BUSINESS NORMAL SERVICE - This takes 8 - 11 working days from when we submit the passport to process.

We have two services for tourist visas:

TOURIST EXPRESS SERVICE - this is the fastest service for Vietnamese Visas. The embassy takes two working days to process the visa. So, for example:
Monday: We receive the passport from you and submit it to the Vietnamese embassy
Wednesday: We retrieve the passport from the Vietnamese embassy and return the passport to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Click here for prices.

TOURIST NORMAL SERVICE - This takes 5 - 7 working days from when we submit the passport to process. This is our cheapest service and as a result, takes longer than the express service.
