All you need to send us is: 1. your passport (must be valid for more than 6 months after date of departure from Mongolia); 2. a completed application form (Click here to download the form) ; 3. one passport photo; 4. if you are applying for a multi entry business visa, you will need to send us a copy of your approval from the Immigration, Naturalization and Foreign Citizens Office of Mongolia; 5. the relevant fee (payable to Chinese Visa Direct). We accept payment by cash, cheque, postal order, or CREDIT CARD (call and we will send you a payment button to pay online). |
Normal Service, we submit the passport to the Mongolian Embassy the day after we receive your passport. Once the Mongolian Embassy receives the passport from us, we will retrieve it 3 - 5 working days later. Express Service but we submit the passport the day we receive it (as long as we receive the passport before 9am) and get it back 2 working days later. You can either collect it then or we can send it back to you by Special Delivery.
