We use a PO box to ensure speed and safety (see question 1 of our FAQ for further details), and so we can collect your mail as soon as the delivery office opens at 8am. However, feel free to drop your documents into our offices where you will be greeted by Jing and her staff.

We recommend that you use ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY. That way, your passport is guaranteed to be delivered to us the next day. Furthermore, your passport has to be signed for by us upon collection. We will let you know once we have received your passport.

We are immediately to the right of the Blood Donor Centre.
