BUSINESS VISA BASICS
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS VISAS
BUSINESS ACCOUNT
There are five types of business visa. These are:
SINGLE ENTRY VISA
DOUBLE ENTRY VISA
MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (6 months)
MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (1 year)
MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (2 years)
To get a multi entry visa, you need at least 2 previous business visas. Contact us for guidance.
For single entry visas, you must enter China within 3 months from when the visa is granted. For double entry visas, you must enter China within 6 months from when the visa is granted. The length of visa will be determined by the Chinese Embassy based on your purpose of journey and itinerary - it will all be determined by your visa notification form. As a rough guide, we can usually get you single and double entry visas for 60 days stay per entry as long as the visa notification form requests that duration of stay. Contact us for guidance.
We offer the following services to help you obtain your Business Visa:

1. Passport validity of at least 6 months.
2. TWO totally blank pages in your passport (does not include the page reserved for "observations"). One page is for the visa, the other is for the stamp
5. "Visa Notification Form" issued by the relevant department of the Chinese government. Please note that these are OFFICIAL government documents and NOT the invitation letters which used to be accepted. Your company needs to apply to the relevant local government department to obtain this form. For further info, please consult the foreign affairs office of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where your host is located.
6. A copy of Chinese hotel booking
7. A copy of outward and return flight ticket booking. You only need to show your first flight booking (even for a double or multi entry visa) as your visa is determined by your visa notification form (you need at least two previous business visas for a multi entry visa of any description).

Once we allocate you an account number, you may quote it on all applications going forward and you will not have to arrange payment immediately for your visas. Instead, we will invoice you upon return of the visa and passport. Payment must be made within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.
