CHINESE BUSINESS VISA BASICS

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BUSINESS VISAS

BUSINESS ACCOUNT

Chinese Business VisaThere are five types of business visa. These are:

SINGLE ENTRY VISA

DOUBLE ENTRY VISA

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (6 months)

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (1 year)

MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (2 years)

To get a multi entry visa, you will need at least 2 previous business visas. Please remember that all multi entry visas (especially 2 year visas) are subject to the discretion of the Embassy and if you are refused a multi entry visa, the Chinese Embassy will grant you what THEY think is the most appropriate visa. Contact us for guidance.

For single entry visas, you must enter China within 3 months from when the visa is granted. For double entry visas, you must enter China within 6 months from when the visa is granted. The default length of visa is 30 days, although we can usually get you single and double entry visas for 60 days stay per entry. This is dependant upon the invitation letter and the embassy. Contact us for guidance.

Look at our PRICING page for more details. We accept payment by CASH, CHEQUE, POSTAL ORDER and PERSONAL DEBIT CARD (fill out the authorisation form on the application form and we will do the rest).

CREDIT CARDS and CORPORATE DEBIT CARDS are accepted online only - click here to pay by these methods.

NB If you pay by cheque, we will wait for the cheque to clear before we send your passport back (usually 5 - 7 working days) - for speed, fill out the debit card authorisation on the application form.
