What we do

Very simply, we visit the Foreign and Commonwealth office in person on a regular basis to get documents apostilled. Our standard service takes 4-8 working days. Our express service takes 3-4 working days. When we receive your documents back apostilled, However, if you are in a rush, we offer a same day premium service and will attend the FCO office in London to complete an apostille for you in a matter of hours. Then you can either pick up the documents you can collect them from our office or we will post them back to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery (extra charge) or courier (extra charge). Alternatively, you can send us a prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope and we will get it back to you that way.

In addition, we also visit London based embassies for the purpose of document legalisations. This can be done in addition to or independently of obtaining an apostille. Please call for a quote.

We also offer solicitor certifications for an extra charge. Please call us if you need this service.

Important note about documents which are dropped off at our office

If you are using our standard or express services and wish to drop off your documents with us for legalisation, you can do so after 12pm and we will take your documents in person. If before 12pm, please leave yours documents in an envelope with your name, address and phone number, specifying which service you require, and leave them in our building reception.

If you wish to use our premium same day service, the documents need to be with us by 930am.

Important change to Legalisations at the Chinese Embassy

There is now no need to have your documents legalised at the Chinese Embassy if you want your documents to be recognised in China. Institutions will now recognise an apostille, so all you need is our apostille service at the FCO.
